CUSTOMER UPDATE – 16TH APRIL 2021

As most of our customers are now aware, a serious fire broke out at our premises over Easter weekend resulting in substantial damage to our building and the loss of our Production workshop, offices and main warehouse. We have had a fantastic response from our customers and suppliers and are overwhelmed by messages of encouragement and offers of support to help us get back on our feet.

We have been working around the clock to restore our customer data, recommence Production and order more stock.

We were fortunate to have had an overflow warehouse which housed 30% of our stock and we are receiving stock deliveries almost daily to replenish what we lost.

We have now also recommenced Production and are despatching engraved orders. We are upscaling our operation quickly and are confident that in the coming weeks we can look forward to resuming full Production.

Our aim continues to be to limit the impact that this situation has on our customers as best we can and minimise any disappointment.
