On Friday 28th June we celebrated National Cream Tea Day at Reflex HQ. Members of staff were treated to a delicious array of food in return for a contribution to charity.

Resident star baker Jen made over 40 scones both cheese and plain. Served with Bonne Maman jam and decadent Rodda’s clotted cream, they were accompanied by three varieties of tea and a white chocolate and strawberry cake.

The afternoon tea was served in fine Balmoral china that we later discovered dated back to the early 1900s – what a very British treat!
