Bodmin-based sustainable merchandise manufacturer CHX Products welcomed fellow Cornish business Boosters to its solar-powered facility on Tuesday 28th April 2026 for a day that highlighted the strength of a growing distributor partnership.
Craig Harrison, Sales Director, and Donna Lee, Managing Director of promotional merchandise distributor Boosters, visited the CHX Products site in Bodmin for a full facility tour and strategic discussions with CHX Head of Sales Cara Hearn, General Manager Barney Knight and Managing Director Andy Knight.
The visit gave the Boosters team a first-hand view of the CHX manufacturing process from start to finish, taking in injection moulding, printing, and finishing. Both Craig and Donna were actively involved throughout, with the day concluding in them fitting keyring attachments to finished Boosters-branded products, which they took away as a memento of the visit.
A key theme of the day was discovery. Whilst Boosters already stocks CHX products, the visit revealed the full scope of what is manufactured on site, from standard recycled plastic merchandise to the R+ biodegradable material range, through to a broad portfolio of bespoke products. All items are made to order in Cornwall using recycled and sustainably sourced materials.
Craig and Donna were also introduced to CHX’s most recently launched product range and given a preview of products coming to market shortly.
Cara Hearn, Head of Sales at CHX Products, said: “It is always valuable to have partners come and see what we do here in Cornwall. Seeing the process in person, handling the products and understanding the breadth of what we manufacture tends to change the conversation in a really positive way. Both businesses left the day aligned on a clear shared ambition, and the visit can only serve to strengthen the partnership.
