There’s a bit of a buzz in OB Towers at the moment. As they enter their 6th year of business they have grown from a 2 strong team, turning over £350,000, to an 18 strong company, turning over £3,500,000 per year.

OB strive to out-perform their competitors in both their level of service and industry expertise, and the education of their staff allows them to achieve this. OB can now proudly tell their clients that they are currently the only Promotional Merchandise company in the UK who is fully qualified to these high standards.

The past 24 months has witnessed the company go from strength to strength, one of which is reflected in the company’s recent high profile tender win. Over a year’s worth of research, strategic planning and creative pitching resulted in the team’s continued success.

And, they don’t like to brag but they’ve also won all three out of three ‘Distributor of the Year’ awards for 2015, taking their humbling multi-award wins to over ten since they first opened our doors.

But don’t think its all business and no play at OB; they work equally hard at both ends of the spectrum and make sure that staff who excel, are rewarded. Whether it’s a few hours (or maybe all hours) in an evening going for drinks, or their all expenses paid annual staff summer and Christmas party, there’s always something going on.

In just under a year, they have employed 8 new members of staff; creating new roles and even new departments, reflecting the business’s plans for the future. It’s an exciting time to be a part of such a fantastic and successful team and they are always on the look out for their next talent.
