We have once again received multiple complaints about ‘We Can Brand It’, a Newcastle-upon-Tyne based company which we understand is owned by Bdistinctive Ltd (founded on 16 Aug 2013). The company has a sole director, Nick Underwood-Lee. On visiting the ‘We Can Brand It’ website it is not clear that the trading company is owned by Bdistinctive Ltd.
The complaints relate to distributors paying for orders on a pro-forma basis and the orders then not being fulfilled. A charity has also been affected as an online article on the Get Surrey website reports. Woking and Sam Beare Hospices paid in advance for 1000 Tee-Shirts, and only received 100. In 2012 Mobile News report that Nicholas Underwood-Lee was declared bankrupt having formerly been a director of Fone Solutions. Click here to read article.
It is also show on Duedil that Nicholas Underwood-Lee is currently a director at Bdistinctive Ltd and Logoservices Ltd. Bdistinctive Ltd is listed as being in a Voluntary Arrangement (CVA) and carries note relating to; ‘Possible Adverse Information.’
