Award-winning industry leader joins employee-owned agency to accelerate growth

 

Clone has appointed Charlotte Melvin as Sales Director – a significant hire as the agency gears up for its next phase of growth. Charlotte brings 15 years of promotional merchandise experience to the role.

 

Charlotte spent nearly a decade at Fluid Branding, progressing from Account Manager to Account Director and earning recognition as Most Profitable Salesperson, Sales Hero and Employee of the Year along the way. For seven of those years, she led the sales team as Sales Manager, working closely alongside three fellow Sales Managers and the Commercial Director to drive team performance, client growth and commercial strategy.

For the first few months, Charlotte will be focused on getting under the skin of the business. “It’s about listening and learning – understanding our team, our clients, and where the quick wins are. Then we build from there.”
