Promotional writing instrument specialists, The Pen Warehouse, and Snap Products, pioneers in digital printing, will be closing their phone lines for the Christmas period at 3pm on Friday 20 December. Phone lines will reopen for business as usual at 9am on 3 January.

The companies would also like to make their customers aware that all despatches will stop from 19 December and will resume from 6 January onwards. Orders will be taken from 3 January 2020, with 2 January reserved for staff training.

Helen Dyl, Operations Manager, has expressed her sincere gratitude for the support received by The Pen Warehouse and Snap Products during 2019: “Our customers have been a source of invaluable support over the past year and we couldn’t have achieved such a successful 2019 without their encouragement and feedback. We’re eager to start the New Year from our brand-new HQ and can’t wait for everyone to see what we have in store for 2020.”
