Promotional Merchandise company Pro-Ad welcomes two new members to its busy team as the company moves forward to its 4th decade of business.

Carla Mackereth joins the company as an Account Manager to help look after the company’s growing customer base making sure they receive the highest standards of service from enquiry to delivery.

Carla joins Pro-Ad from Motive Technology, a web design company in Cumbria and brings a wealth of experience in customer service roles in retail banking. She holds a foundation degree in design (Graphic Design and 3D Design) from Northumberland College, knowledge that she has been able to apply to her new role when assisting customers with their artwork requirements.

Carla says about her new role: “I really enjoy being part of the Pro-Ad team as my role gives me the opportunity to work on very exciting projects with varied range of businesses.  Building strong relationships with customers is my number one goal. My main focus at the minute is to offer the highest quality of service by being proactive to their requirements and by supporting them with effective product ideas.”

Laura Nowicki joins Pro-Ad as a Sales Administrator to process orders and ensure that production runs smoothly. She is looking after the processing of orders and the overseeing of the artwork approvals while she is also helping out with the company’s finance.

 Being married to a military man, Laura has moved across the country many times. Before settling down in the North East, Laura worked in Biffa Waste Services’ finance department whilst she has also held similar roles in the waste management and travel and leisure industries.

Laura comments on her new role: “Working for Pro-Ad has been a great experience so far. Every day is a new learning curve and I am aiming to provide the company with the highest level of administration support.”

Carlo Nardini, Pro-Ad’s Managing Director said about their appointment: “We are delighted to welcome Carla and Laura to Pro-Ad. They are great additions to our team and they are working hard to ensure that our levels of service are maintained. They are dealing with their tasks with enthusiasm and are good fun to work with.”
