Bright Ideas Business Gifts Ltd is pleased to announce the acquisition of The Business Gift Company Ltd (TBGC), effective from 13th July 2015.

Having built a successful merchandise business over the last 26 years, TBGC owner Keith Rowe felt the time was right to pursue other interests. Bright Ideas wealth of experience and complimentary services will no doubt enable TBGC to continue to develop, whilst retaining the high levels of customer satisfaction for which they are known.

“TBGC has developed in recent years by being client focussed and taking considerable pride in understanding the commercial objectives of their customers” stated Bright Ideas CEO, Richard Gardiner. “The majority of clients have been working with the company for many years. This client centric culture will remain at the heart of the business”.

Keith Rowe will continue with TBGC in a consultancy capacity for the foreseeable future.

The combined resources will allow Bright Ideas to improve its own offering through increased economies of scale. The Bright Ideas management team of Richard Gardiner and Tim Farnfield will continue to seek suitable opportunities to further develop the organisation.
