This workshop has been created by the bpma to support its growing distributor membership find, prepare, bid and win Tender contracts more successfully.
This practical half day workshop will demystify the tender process, whilst providing delegates with ideas and strategies to help prepare and improve success with tender submissions.
Guest Speaker, Steve Gilbert will deliver a presentation on tenders from a client perspective whilst industry consultant Viv Blumfield delivers a valuable session on being prepared for tenders, introducing delegates to the 5 golden rules and 5 deadline sins in tender submissions.
The hands on, practical workshop element will have delegates strengthening their skills needed to write and evaluate RFI’s and RFP’s. The practical element uses a “live” example of a promotional merchandise tender document that had been submitted scrutinising it for its strengths and weaknesses and scoring it from a client perspective.
By the end of this session, delegates will understand what tendering is all about, where to find tendering opportunities and what to do when that important tender invitation arrives! Both bpma and non bpma members are welcome.
