We are proud to be associated with the BPMA and what it is doing to ensure its members achieve the highest possible customer service standards”.

This must be in the form of an ISO 9001 or equivalent certified quality management system, and include the submittal of documentation covering non-conformances and customer complaints procedures, as well as ethical, quality and environmental policies. If approved, the applicant company becomes a Charter member and can use the BPMA Charter logo use on its websites, documentation and stationery.
