The bpma is embarking on a week of activity in September, starting with the bpma Education Day on the 13th September at Whittlebury Hall, close to Silverstone. There are thirteen excellent speakers from around the world supporting what will be one of best events ever staged by the organisation.  Nigel Risner is back by popular demand.  He is the only motivational speaker in Europe to have been awarded Speaker of the Year from The Academy for Chief Executives. Kelvyn Gardner, one of the UKs leading authorities on licensing, will share some great insight into the opportunities that licensing can bring to your client base. Marty Lott is another one of the highlights of the event, his company SanMar has grown to be the largest supplier of apparel to the Imprinted Sportswear and Corporate Identity markets in the United States.  Finishing off the day will be Americas CEO and President of PPAI (Promotional Products Association International) with creating success in an era of transformation.

The main event on Wednesday 14th September is the new bpma show at Silverstone with 90 exhibitors from the UKs leading promotional gift industry. Whilst the event is restricted to members and selected prospective members, end users can also be permitted as long as they are accompanied by a distributor. The Wing Suite at Silverstone, where the exhibition is being held, is in the centre of the world famous racing circuit.  There are a number of exciting features at the show, including a branding zone, a Christmas products display, a British made only stand, over 100 product ideas from leading university design students, the show theme product display competition and over £3000 worth of trade vouchers available to members.

In the evening, the new look bpma awards will recognise all that are great in the promotional industry. This event will be held at Whittlebury Hall.

Lastly but by no means least, throughout the week, the bpma will be supporting Pancreatic Cancer UK as part of Promotional Products Week. The theme this is year is Blow your own trumpet and #promoteyourbrand.  The mascot is cute little elephant that anyone can promote in a photo or short video to support the campaign whilst making a donation to PCUK.
