BIC Graphic & Norwood Europe has launched their new website, inviting customers to “Click it Simple”.

Incorporating a product database, web store and a range of sales tools for distributors, the website combines the offerings from the BIC Graphic and Norwood brands all in one online presence.

Customers will have the ability to log-in to see their own customised pricing, upload their client’s artwork to create visuals and end-user quote sheets, and download high-resolution images and product information sheets. Orders can even be placed directly online using a simple shopping cart mechanism.

Ian Barham, Trade Marketing Manager UK said “We’ve developed our new website around the feedback that we’ve been hearing from our customers, and we know that access to 24/7 pricing and online stock-checking are vital at a time when not everyone works a 9 to 5 working week.

The online tools will make it easier and faster to find the information that customers are looking for, as well as help distributors convert more enquiries into sales.

We will be looking to continually improve our new website as the market responds, so we would encourage any feedback or suggestions for additional functionality that our customers want to see available.”
