According to Printweek.com, Paragon Group has bought the remaining Hull and Teesside sites of BemroseBooth, comprising its remaining ticketing and loyalty card printing operations.

The deal, which was completed on Friday 16th July for an undisclosed sum, will boost Paragon’s existing ticket printing portfolio, by contributing UK-based “market-leading ticketing facilities” to complement its sites in continental Europe.

European sales and marketing director Iain Black said: “We are looking forward to working with the teams at Hull and Thornaby and to calling upon their extensive skill base, which will complement Paragon’s existing experience within this sector, adding further value to our supply chain.
