The board of directors of Altitude Group Plc have reported their year figures, with improved Gross Margins in the Information and exhibitions business, sales lower in promotional businesses by 18%, improved order intake during final months of 2009, and strong cash generation to the year end. The Company has significantly improving its cash position from approximately a ?600K deficit to a year-end cash balance of approximately ?770K. It was also reported that the Company and Craig Slater (Ex: Dowlis CEO) have compromised all potential legal proceedings, the details of which are subject to confidentiality. No payment has been made by either party.
