The final results from Altitude Group plc have been published. The group operates in the UK & USA, and consists of Trade Only (now rebranded as Customer Focus), Trade Only Show (now rebranded as Promotional Product Expo), Promoserve and PPD Magazine.

The principal highlights of the year were:

• Revenue up 6%
• Loss before tax of £1.5m before share based payment charges (2013: £2.05m)
• Net cash at 31 December 2014 of £1.28m (2013: £0.45m)
• Successful embedding of the new management structure and processes

Turnover for 2014 was £4,440,000.

It was also announced that Martin Varley will step down from the Board of Altitude Group plc from 1 April 2015.

During the year the management buyout sale of the Promotional Marketing Division (Dowlis, Ross and Adproducts) was completed with a final payment made of £2m in cash.
