A.D. Branded Solutions is delighted to announce the appointment of Alan Hughes as its new Managing Director, strengthening the company’s leadership as it enters its next stage of growth.
Alan joins with 28 years of experience in the sports industry, with deep expertise in delivering bespoke and inline sportswear solutions to professional football clubs. Most recently, during his time at Puma Teamwear, Alan held senior leadership roles including Finance Director, Operations Director and Managing Director. His proven track record across finance, operations and systems will play a pivotal role in supporting A.D.’s continued growth.
Alan’s appointment comes as Amo Singh, current Managing Director, steps into the role of Chief Executive Officer (CEO). As CEO, Amo will oversee the strategic direction of A.D., guiding the business through its next chapter of development. Amo and Alan share a professional relationship spanning over 25 years, having worked closely together earlier in their careers.
In addition, Nick Green, currently Commercial Director, will move into the role of Sales Director, where he will lead the talented and experienced Account Management team, ensuring clients continue to receive the highest level of service.

Alan will be attending The Big Promotional Trade Show at The Emirates Old Trafford in Manchester on Wednesday 24th September, where he looks forward to meeting our industry partners.
