EPCC Launches Enhanced Client Portal to Give Distributors Greater Visibility Over Apparel Production

The Embroidered & Printed Clothing Company (EPCC) has launched an enhanced version of its Client Portal, designed to give promotional merchandise distributors greater visibility and control over every stage of their apparel production.

Developed in-house over several years, the portal has been built around the day-to-day challenges distributors face when managing clothing orders.

Rather than relying on emails and phone calls for updates, customers can log into the portal at any time to access live information relating to their orders.

Features include:

  • Live production status for every order.
  • Artwork approvals and approval history.
  • Complete quotation history.
  • A searchable design library containing every design produced by EPCC.
  • Live stock information from the UK’s leading clothing distributors.
  • Visibility of customer stock held by EPCC for campaigns and repeat orders.
  • Online access to invoices, statements, delivery notes and proof of delivery.
  • Photographs of every garment produced, automatically uploaded for future reference.

The portal has also been designed to support EPCC’s white-label service, with customer-branded delivery notes and professionally labelled cartons helping distributors present a consistent experience to their own clients.
