GF Werbemittel GmbH and pro-promotion GmbH & Co. KG Become Part of Geiger GmbH

As of July 2026, Geiger GmbH acquired two promotional products distributors: GP Werbemittel GmbH, based in Rimpar, and pro-promotion GmbH & Co. KG, based in Senden. These latest acquisitions are Geiger GmbH’s 16th and 17th in the German market, further strengthening its full-service promotional products offering. Geiger GmbH is headquartered in Senden, in the Münsterland region.

We are delighted and proud, that both companies have entrusted us with their businesses and have become part of Geiger as of July 1, 2026,” said Mirco Häßlich, one of Geiger GmbH’s three Managing Partners alongside Alex Heinecke and Marc Strickrodt, and responsible for mergers and acquisitions. “We are also pleased that Doris Fischer of GF Werbemittel will continue to support the Rimpar location and remain active in the market with us for some time. Annette Stoffers of pro-promotion will also continue to advise us during the transition. This provides an excellent foundation for our future development,” Häßlich added.
