Brunel Trade Services is pleased to announce two new appointments, reinforcing its ongoing commitment to delivering exceptional service and continuity for its trade distributors.
Natalie Eichmann joins Brunel as General Manager, effective immediately. She brings over 25 years of experience within the diary and calendar industry, including senior leadership roles. Her background spans sales, operations, and most recently Managing Director, giving her a comprehensive understanding of the B2B landscape. Natalie has a proven track record in building customer-focused teams and maintaining consistently high standards of service.
At the same time, Brunel extends its sincere thanks to Debra Gardiner, who, after an outstanding 40 years with the company, now takes her well-earned retirement. Debra has continued to support the business on a part-time basis, playing an important role in maintaining service continuity. The company wishes her all the very best for the future and looks forward to hearing about her many travel plans.
Brunel is also pleased to welcome Paul Blyth as Customer Services Manager. Paul joined the business in March and brings valuable experience from his previous role at Bristol Labels, where he worked as Customer Services Manager for five years. With a strong background in customer relationships, partnerships, and administration, he will play a key role in ensuring a seamless and responsive service experience for distributors.
Together, these appointments strengthen Brunel’s ability to provide reliable, consistent support while building even closer relationships with its trade partners. The combined experience of Natalie and Paul further enhances the high level of service customers can expect.
Brunel Trade Services looks forward to continuing to support its distributors and developing valuable partnerships.
