Bosscher International truly cares about sustainability, and this commitment reflects on the choice of the partnerships we collaborate with. Without the hard work of the manufacturers, we would not be able to provide the high standards we do to our customers: they play a crucial role in helping us deliver the high standards our customers expect. However, our core values are as important as the quality of the products. Therefore, we carefully select partners who share our commitment to quality, responsibility, and continuous improvement.

Every day, we make conscious choices, and every day we choose to bring high standards products to the market. Choosing manufacturing partners with strong ethical and environmental practices is one of the reasons Bosscher International continues to position itself as a leader in the wearables industry.

How do we maintain exceptional quality without compromising our core values?

The answer lies in choosing the right partners.

Among the trusted factories we collaborate with, our manufacturing partner in Turkey stands out for its strong commitment to both social and environmental responsibility. The factory holds several internationally recognised certifications, including:

  • Sedex SMTA, ensuring fair working conditions, respect for workers’ rights, transparent salary systems, and strict prohibition of child labour
  • BSCI with an A rating, confirming high standards in employee rights and workplace conditions
  • OEKO-TEX® Class 1, OEKO-TEX® Organic Class 1, and OEKO-TEX® Class 2, demonstrating compliance with stringent product safety standards, including suitability for baby and children’s products
  • ISO 9001, a global Quality Management System (QMS) standard developed by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), demonstrating the factory’s commitment to consistently providing products and services that meet customer and regulatory requirements while reducing error rates, increasing efficiency, and ensuring continuous improvement.

For organic and sustainable materials, the factory also works with certifications such as GOTS, OCS, GRS, and RCS, reflecting a broader commitment to responsible sourcing and circular textile production.

Key sustainability figures include:

  • 1,477 solar panels installed
  • 613 kWp installed solar power capacity
  • 486 kWe contract power for production
  • Annual energy production of approximately 890,000 kWh
  • An estimated reduction of 418 tonnes of carbon emissions per year

This investment in renewable energy significantly reduces the environmental impact of manufacturing while supporting a cleaner, more sustainable textile supply chain.

Quality assurance is equally important. For baby and children’s products, needle detector reports can be provided after production completion, offering an additional layer of product safety assurance.

As part of the ISO 9001 process, when establishing a QMS, organizations must prepare essential documentation including quality policies, objectives, process definitions, risk assessment procedures, and internal audit reports.

Knitting and dyeing are outsourced only to carefully selected, highly qualified suppliers who maintain the same certification standards as the factory itself.

What is the impact of these choices?

Both of our goal are to minimise the impact caused by production and to assure fair labour conditions. We believe that the quality of the products does not have to come at the price of giving up fairness, both toward the planet and towards the workers.

The collaboration has been going on for six years, and from both sides it felt natural to establish it. We both perceive clients as partners rather than commercial agents, and it feels natural to desire providing the best service to them.

Building a More Responsible Textile Industry Together

At Bosscher International, we pride ourselves of collaborating with factories that prioritise sustainability, ethical labour practices, while maintaining high-quality.

Sustainable production is a journey, and we are proud to work alongside partners who are actively investing in a better future for the textile industry.
