We’re delighted to announce that Aidan Prentice has officially joined the PromoTrade team as our new Customer Liaison.

Aidan will be working closely alongside our experienced Account Managers, helping to ensure that all new users and accounts feel fully supported from day one. His role is all about making the onboarding experience seamless—helping customers understand how PromoTrade works and setting them up for success.

As we continue to grow, strengthening our customer experience remains a top priority, and Aidan’s addition to the team is a big step forward in delivering just that.
