PF Concept has announced the promotion of Rob Durant to Managing Director for its UK business, effective 2^nd February 2026.

Rob takes on responsibility for the overall leadership of PF Concept UK, spanning commercial and operational activities, including the company’s UK manufacturing and stock facilities. This appointment underlines PF Concept’s continued investment in the UK market and its ambition to further strengthen local service, fast lead times and Made in UK production and branding capabilities.

Rob moves into the role from his position as European Director of Sales Operations, where he has played a key role in re-shaping PF Concept’s commercial strategy across the region. With more than 20 years’ experience within the business, across UK and Pan-European commercial roles, he brings deep operational and market expertise to the position.

Commenting on his appointment, Rob Durant said:

As part of this organisation change, Nick Henderson has left his role as Country Manager for the UK & Ireland. PF Concept thanks Nick for his contribution to the business and wishes him every success in the future.

Rob will report to Jeroen Nikkelen, Chief Commercial Officer for PF Concept International Coöperatief U.A.
