Kingly is proud to mark a powerful milestone in its mission to transform the textile industry: 6,500 kg of textile waste successfully diverted from landfills and reimagined into meaningful products.
At the heart of this achievement is Kingly’s 100% zero-waste knitting facility — a pioneering operation where no thread or offcut goes unused. Every scrap is reclaimed, reinvented, and given a second life.
What began with small-scale upcycling projects, such as pillows and doorstoppers, has evolved into large-scale, impact-driven collaborations. One standout initiative, led by Kingly’s Sustainability Manager, Kristi White, is a partnership with leading textile company DKTex. Together, we transform discarded sock offcuts into sustainable furniture stuffing, proving that waste can be the foundation of something entirely new.
This partnership alone has kept 6,500 kg of textile waste out of landfills — a tangible example of how circular solutions create real change.
“Our zero-waste facility was built on the belief that nothing should ever go to waste,” said Rob Armour, CEO of Kingly. “Every order placed with us fuels a circular system where discarded materials become possibilities — and everything has meaning.”
By combining innovation, craftsmanship, and a deep commitment to sustainability, Kingly is reshaping how textiles are produced, reused, and valued. Every purchase is more than just a product — it’s an invitation to join a movement dedicated to reducing waste, protecting the planet, and proving that every material matters.
