Developed by Guangzhou Daily Media Group, these flagship towers are strategically located at the core of Pazhou waterfront, in the exhibition and economic functional zone. Perfectly located for connectivity to major local train stations, GZ Airport and a short flight to Hong Kong.
But why the move? Was it about panoramic river views, landscape gardens and convenience for local restaurants and landmarks? No, but they were certainly a bonus!
PromoCollection occupies the entire 14th floor of the North Tower. However, the centre is home to leading enterprises from the media, telecoms, tech, finance, law, construction and engineering industries. Helping us strengthen our business network.
We also wanted to create a healthier, more productive workspace for our teams, resulting in a better service for our clients. Our previous office was spread across 4 floors. Now we can encourage and benefit from increased inter-team collaboration.
Finally and most importantly, sustainability. Guangzhou Media Centre is a Smart Tower, built in 2022 and an award-winning piece of modern architecture. Its tenants benefit from Ultra Grade A energy efficiency technology, including smart HVAC, lighting, etc. This, in turn, is assisting us in reducing our carbon footprint. Our new location boasts the following awards:

At the same time, our team are working hard in the background calculating the carbon emissions of our core range of products. We aim to increase the percentage of carbon-tracked products year on year.
