To provide an even better service for delivery, we are officially changing our delivery and Incoterms in regards to shipping to the UK. We are slowly moving from DDP to DAP UK.
This means you only have to pay your VAT on import when receiving goods from Kingly Ltd.
Also, if you are VAT registered in the UK, the good news is that this VAT on import is refundable to you.
No duties will be applicable whatsoever. If a courier company decides to invoice you for duties, it is most probably a mistake on their side. So we strongly encourage you to inform us of any issues that might have occurred. We will offer a positive solution and outcome at all times.
Please note that once you have the tracking number for your shipment, you can track it at this address. You can also find the Bulgarian tracking.
