Contemporary Leather managing director Sriram comments “Since Covid19, CL have more than doubled sales, taken on several new major accounts, and become the first leather goods factory in India to be not only fully audited, but also Carbon neutral. In addition, we have opened a second factory taking total space to 50,000 sq. ft, in order to cope with increased demand and to enable a workforce of 750 colleagues”. He goes on to say, “We are determined to give our employees the best possible working conditions, which includes a free hot lunch each day and transport to and from work”.
Conceived in 2022, the Shindig was an opportunity for Premier to show suppliers their gratitude following COVID. But the format worked, and it turned into a calendar highlight for all concerned.
