The ?168m publicly-quoted 4imprint Group plc is merging three of its biggest promotional merchandise companies to create a new ?50m marketing communications agency under the name Brand Addition.

The new agency will uniquely combine the different skill-sets and resources of the three companies involved: Product Plus International (product sourcing), Germany’s Kreyer Promotion Services (advertising gifts) and Brand Addition (corporate branded merchandise).

The new Brand Addition will launch on 1 January 2010.
