On Saturday 26th October over 6,000 families descended on Sefton Park to take part in the Spooktacular two mile Spooky Welly Walk to raise much needed funds for the Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation.

Andrew Dwerryhouse, Wild Thang MD : “When The Roy Castle Foundation approached Wild Thang to sponsor the Spook Welly Walk volunteer uniform, it took us a matter seconds to see it as a great opportunity to not only support a really great charity and hugely important cause, but also something we could get our very own staff involved in. On the day, over 20 of our staff and their families got involved; even a little rain did not dampen our spirits and we all had a spooktacular time. Hopefully this is another example of how we, as a company, have a clear understanding of our own corporate responsibility supporting this important local charity and always keeping the best interest of the region at the front of our mind.”
