Once again the annual Trophex show will take place from 17th to 18th January at the NEC in Birmingham. Visiting the show is really a must if you work in the trophy, awards and personalisation industry. It’s THE show for the industry with every possible sector represented.

Visiting Trophex will help you to diversify and grow your business. Look for new suppliers and get better deals, find out about new innovations and products on the market. Find products that you never knew existed! Visitors can discuss queries face-to-face allowing them to take home valuable information and use it in their business. Come along to the show and see all the latest engraving machinery in action via demonstrations, see the latest trends for the coming season and take advantage of any special offers that exhibitors will be offering exclusively to Trophex visitors. Autosport International – The Racing Car Show also takes place on Sunday 17th January at the NEC, so why not combine your visit to Trophex with a visit to this show as well?

There will be the usual array of regular exhibitors at the 2016 show including TheMagicTouch, Glenway Products Ltd and Gravograph. New companies represented include Radecal Machine Sales, The Pen Warehouse and Sarfraz Overseas.

The 2016 exhibition sees the return of the Open Forum Seminars and the Knowledge Centre which have proved very successful in previous years. A series of seminars will take place over the course of the exhibition offering visitors technical information and advice on a variety of subjects related to the industry. At the Knowledge Centre experts will be present from within the industry to give visitors advice, support, answer questions and solve problems.

A number of companies have already signed up to be a part of these exciting areas at next year’s show including Corel UK Ltd. The Corel team will be running a series of workshops for engravers on ‘Power Tracing Tips’. In this free seminar they will show you how to avoid the most common pitfalls when tracing an image. They will also be covering the following topics: font recognition, simplifying images prior to tracing, reducing nodes in the final trace and creating custom colour palettes from the traced objects. The Corel team will also be part of the event’s Knowledge Centre where their product specialist will be on hand to offer advice and answer any questions that visitors may have.

Gillian Suggett, Business Development Manager at DecoNetwork will also be taking part in the seminar programme, she will be discussing selling online and digital marketing and DecoNetwork will also have a presence in the Knowledge Centre.

The Pen Warehouse will also be running a seminar where they will be discussing their web-to-print platform No-Minimum.co.uk. They will be explaining the No-Minimum concept, outlining the platforms features and benefits, and talking about the free eCommerce sites they offer and how these can work for and help their customers.

These are just some of the motivating seminars which will be taking place over the course of the exhibition with more to be added. Visit the website at www.trophex.com to find out more about the show and to register. Trophex is free to attend and there is no charge for car parking.
