Sourcing City are delighted to announce that Kenn Hamers has been promoted to Technology Director as of 1^st April 2018.

Kenn joined Sourcing City in March 2013 to bring Promotional Office Software to the UK market. In recent years Kenn; together with Steve Carroll (Sales Manager) & supported by our customer services team, have established Promotional Office as the industry leading business management system. The system now has over 500 users and is used by promotional merchandise distributor and supplier companies of all sizes.

Kenn originates from The Netherlands and has settled in the UK over the past five years. He has an extensive knowledge in many technical areas, with an unrivalled expertise in the Promotional Office business management system.

Last month, Donna Gardner was promoted to take the new role of Technology Project Manager which will encompass both Dynamic Highway and Promotional Office. As Promotional Office Software continues with its dynamic growth it was felt that additional resource was required to ensure that the highest level of support and communication could be provided to our customers.

Donna has a flair for Project Management and previous experience in this area. One of the main areas of her role will be joining the Promotional Office team to ensure the smooth running of existing customers projects/future work and also to review our support systems. She will spend the next couple of month familiarizing herself with this aspect of the Promotional Office business, whilst continuing to manage the forthcoming Dynamic Highway project.

She will be working closely with Kenn, Steve Carroll (Promotional Office Sales Manager), Louise Harding and Owen Harrison who run the Help Desk and are the first point of call for our customers.
