After almost three years as CEO at SPS, Roland MacLeod will retire this month, handing the reigns over to current Deputy CEO Phil Morgan.
Roland has instigated a massive amount of change at SPS, with a strong focus on manufacturing efficiencies and product development, putting the company firmly on the path to success. It’s now time for Roland to enjoy his very well-earned retirement, and leave behind the weekly 450 mile round-trip to Blackpool in favour of leisurely days on the golf course.

Phil Morgan joined SPS at the start of 2011 and has worked closely with Roland and the whole team at SPS to learn how the business operates. With a strong background in promotional merchandise Phil brings a wealth of sales and marketing experience to his new position.
