Promo Trade Co are excited to announce that they have moved to larger New Offices and Warehousing this week.

This move coincides with the introduction of a new Sales Support Team, allowing them to increase their number of staff to process orders and have more dedicated members of staff to keep Distributors informed on the progress of their orders, ensuring as close as possible a 100% success rate on orders delivered on time and on specification.

The larger warehousing also gives an opportunity to continue with the increase in product range. This month Promo Trade Co will be launching custom made Non Woven Bags from a minimum of 250 pieces and lead time of 2 weeks. The opening offer is 2nd side print for FREE (and as always with FREE Set Up and FREE Delivery).

As well as increased space, Promo Trade Co are having a new phone system installed which will allow direct contact into the various teams of Sales Support, Sales, Volume Pricing, Production, Marketing, Despatch and Accounts – streamlining the service provided to Distributors.

Best of all Promo Trade Co are now able to offer Shorter Lead Times on the core product range. Standard Lead Times are just 2 weeks from approval.
