This year sees Paper Innovation celebrate 20 years as a unique manufacturer of promotional paper products.  Inaugerated in April 1994, the company provided the first UK competition to 3M’s all-conquering Post-It Note.  The first seeds were sown in Belshill, Scotland with modest investment, but an abundance of vision, determination and commitment to produce innovative, high quality paper products.

Two decades of hard work, steady growth and astute investment have made Paper Innovation one of the strongest UK manufacturers in its field. The combination of litho and digital print, wiro and perfect binding and case-making equipment, together with the unique Stick Up note technology, creates a synergy of manufacturing capabilities unmatched elsewhere.

The greatest success has been found within the promotional gift sector, as the products lend themselves well to use as business incentives, conference items and marketing tools.  Items from the wide range have supported campaigns by Rolls Royce, Jaguar, Virgin, Apple, Mars, Coca-Cola, Glasgow Commonwealth Games, Sky TV BBC and ITV as well as all major banks, airlines, pharmaceutical companies and more.

Now sited in Preston, Lancashire with a highly skilled workforce and strong connections to the University of Central Lancashire and local business and charitable ventures, all involved with Paper Innovation are proud of its contribution to UK manufacturing, the British promotional industry and North West enterprise.

Managing Director, Steve Johnston says, “Although the last 20 years have seen significant changes in our industry and the UK as a whole, our commitment to UK manufacturing remains.  We have exciting plans for the coming years and look forward to a productive future.”
