Over 100 distributors and suppliers attended the glittering Sourcing City Awards Night yesterday evening. The prestigious annual event was held at the Shardana Restaurant in the heart of Guildford, with a great industry turn out from all corners of the country. The Awards Presentation Night was attended by Top 10 Winners in each of the six supplier & distributor award categories. During the evening, presentations were made to the largest distributors category winners, Brand Addition (Over ?3m) and Falcon Promotions (?1m to ?3m), with Allwag Promotions & Blue Fish sharing the top award in the Up to ?1m Turnover category.


For the suppliers, Senator Pens were presented with two awards for winning both the ‘Supplier of the Year’ and ‘Specialist Supplier of the Year’ categories. To complete the award ceremony PF Concept received the winners award in the ‘Major Wholesaler of the Year’ category. Thanks go to Laser Crystal, who donated the impressive 3D Laser engraved awards received by each of the category winners.


The 2010 Sourcing City Awards saw a record levels of votes received, with 251 Distributors voting for 143 Supplier companies, and 195 Suppliers voting for 218 Distributor companies. Everyone who voted will be pleased to know that your favourites were thrilled to be recognised by their peers, and with the party still going on past midnight there was no doubt that everyone enjoyed celebrating their success!
