A group of suppliers from the North American promotional industries join forces and open an office in Europe to better serve European distributors.
We are very proud to announce the official opening of The Amerika Group (TAG), an alliance of American suppliers from the promotional industry that was created to provide better services to the European market.
The first three members of this new association are Zoogee , i nova and Botanical Paperworks, all of them Canadian companies which have been working in the promotional industry for at least more than a decade each already.
TheAmerika Group will be based in Paris, France and will handle requests from distributors of all European countries. The Amerika Group will sell exclusively to resellers of promotional items as each member currently does in North America.
The idea for The Amerika Group comes from the owner of i nova who has been establishing his company in the European market for over two years now. Many times, while in visit with distributors, he was asked by them to provide more North American products to show to their clients. It gave him the idea of building a group which would be exclusively made of North American suppliers and based in Europe in order to answer distributors’ requests during their regular business hours. By working in the same time zone as European distributors The Amerika Group will be able to react quickly in case of an emergency and distributors will not have to wait six hours (or more) to receive an urgent quote or to have someone deal with their needs.
As the idea made its way to its final creation in the fall of 2013, it became clear that the ultimate goal of The Amerika Group would be to assemble highly specialized manufacturers in order to provide only the best quality products to the European industry.
What it ended up doing today, with its already large range of products, is create different catalogues for precise industries such as event planners, the wine industry, golf/sports, weddings and eco-friendly products. They are identified as such on the group’s website located at www.theamerikagroup.com where distributors can also find a description of each members and links to their websites.
This is only the beginning though as The Amerika Group wishes to propose to the industry, within the next year, the largest catalogue of items produced by highly specialised North American manufacturers – the very best of each fields. Something yet unseen in this industry which often runs on large catalogues from single suppliers proposing various types of products made in China.
The Amerika Group will keep on adding new suppliers from the North American industry in the months to come but also products from North America which are not already sold in the promotional industry.
The Amerika Group is a division of i nova, a company incorporated in Canada and based in Montreal, Quebec. Previously known as Novasmic, it has been in existence for more than fifteen (15) years as a manufacturer of promotional items.
