LapLock Promotion’s new investments set to pay off

With a demanding industry and an ever-growing customer base, LapLock Promotion has introduced a new structure within their Milton Keynes based organisation.

The company which was originally founded by Chao Liu in 2006 has gone from strength to strength almost doubling their turnover annually. With this in mind the company is expanding their product range and has implemented a new structure within the organisation with some staff changing roles and recruiting additional members. The new sales team in place boasts over 35 year of sales experience as well as a large variation in customer service skills.

Meet The Sales Team

John O’Donovan – Sales Manager
With over 19 years in the industry, John provides the company with the essential insight required by LapLock into the promotional industry. Bringing a large following of customers to LapLock John is one of the key elements for this organisation to be able to make the continuous leaps and bounds they are looking for.

Ronald Sekadde – Senior Sales Executive
A familiar voice and name to the customers Ronald called Ron by many has been with the company since day 1. Ron knows what the current customers of the company want and need and always provides outstanding customer service as well as handling the production side of the business.

Sanj Amrith – Sales Account Manager
A new addition to LapLock, Sanj brings with him nearly 10 years of sales and customer service experience. Originally from the automotive Industry, Sanj has joined with new and fresh ideas for the organisation and with the hope of building the customer base and improving standards to help LapLock move closer to the top spot within the Promotional Industry.

Adam Warwick – Accounts Manager
Another familiar voice to the customers Adam is taking a side step from Accounts and merging his current role with becoming a new member of the Sales team. New to Sales but not the company, Adam has a very good relationship with a lot of customers already, hoping to improve this and build new relationships Adam has the potential to help the company reach new heights.
