The Norwood and BIC Graphic merger is now complete with the integration of Norwood and BIC Customer Services. Each UK account now has one specific & dedicated customer services contact for both brands. Each account will receive a mail informing of their Norwood/BIC Graphic contact.

A new addition to the field sales team has been made with the appointment of Jonathan Roberts. Jon joins as Account Manager UK from L’Oreal and is looking forward to the new challenge of promotional merchandise and meeting his customers.
