Promotivation Sourcing Ltd and Industry Buzz Ltd (owners of Sourcing Machine according to their website) have gone into liquidation. Both companies list Andrew Larter as a company director.

At this stage it is unknown how much is owed to trade suppliers by the distributor company Promotivation Sourcing Ltd, or the former Sourcing Machine owner (Industry Buzz Ltd).

A new company, Sourcing Machine Ltd was founded last year on 15th June 2016. Andrew Larter is currently listed as the company’s one director.

The Registered Address in London is the same for all the companies mentioned above.

A meeting of creditors will be held at HJS Recovery, 12-14 Carlton Place, Southampton SO15 2EA on 21 March 2017 at 11.15 am. A list of names and addresses of the company’s creditors will be available for inspection free of charge at the offices of HJS on 17 March 2017 and 20 March 2017 between the hours of 10am and 4pm.
