Brunel Trade Services has been acquired out of administration by Novercal, a sister company to Rose Calendars who have a proud heritage of designing, publishing and producing promotional calendars and diaries.

Brunel undertook an expansion three years ago into the general commercial print market, however due to the high capital investment and marketing costs allied with a weaker economic climate, the investment has proved unsustainable which has resulted in the business of ‘Calendars & Diaries of Bristol’ being placed into administration.

The company will continue to operate independently from Rose Calendars, but with the financial backing of the Rose Group which has traded profitably for over 100 years. The Brunel brand will continue from the existing premises in Bristol retaining the full calendar and diary manufacturing facilities, and the business will be managed on a day to day basis by the existing management team of Sue Tugman, Debra Gardiner and Steve Cole.

The 2018 Brunel range continues as published and the price lists remain in place, and all orders that have been placed to date have been progressed with production in the normal way.
