Once again its the suppliers that will suffer the biggest losses here .
I have informed the new company that none of the orders I have in my system for Dukes will move until I receive all outstanding Payments .I have had no response .If they wanted to buy a company in the UK then all the outstanding debts should have been included making the local suppliers satisfied that they have done the right thing and would then be supported .This is nasty pre pack that will not sit well with the suppliers in the UK .

Does anyone have the official line on this one,

Looks like we have been used recently in a deliberate ploy to obtain Free goods.

Any thoughts anyone and what is the Industry / BPMAs stance on this.
