Altitude Group plc have announced the following leadership and board changes with effect from 1 February 2017.

Martin Varley to become Group President and Sanjay Lobo to join as Managing Director.

Other changes include Peter Hallett becoming Executive Chairman from Non-Executive Chairman with immediate effect, Gellan Watt becoming an Independent Non-Executive Director with effect from 1 February 2017 and Richard Sowerby stepping down from the Board with effect from 30 April 2017

Sanjay Lobo previously spent seven years at Vistaprint (Cimpress). His final role was to launch Vistaprint Corporate Solutions, which focused on the mid and enterprise market, and where Sanjay ran sales and marketing for North America and Europe. Sanjay will be appointed to the Board in due course.
