High Profile, the UK’s leading manufacturer of standard and bespoke made plastic promotional products, has purchased its first ever blow moulding machine, as the company continues its expansion and growth plans.

The new blow moulding machine, which will be housed in its impressive and recently expanded premises will increase productivity and turnaround as well as allow the company to offer new products and additional stock lines adding to its already extensive range of 700 items.

The new state of the art machinery will initially be used to expand the production and speed of several major products from the company’s portfolio including containers and charity boxes as well as its extended range of bottles. It will be able to produce its 500ml baseline bottle at a rate of 35,000 items per week.

Richard Wood, Managing Director of High Profile commented: “The introduction of the machine will not only save us time and money but will also allow us to offer customers significantly reduced waiting times and an extended range of new colours. At present it can take up to three weeks to receive new stock but the installation of the machine will eradicate this issue with customers seeing an instant benefit.

“Furthermore, the implementation will allow us more real time production and a large reduction in stockholding.

“Two members of staff are being trained to use this specialised machinery and there are plans in the pipeline to train more staff as it becomes an integral part of our offering.”
