Malcolm’s wealth of experience spans both the distributor and supplier sides of the industry, and he is keen to fully utilise all he has learned on his career journey.

In his 26 years in the business, he has held senior roles in some of the best known and ambitious distributors including Sales Manager at BTC Group, Sales Director at Event Merchandising, Account Director at Dowlis, Managing Director at Distinctive Ideas and Sales Manager at Merchandise Mania.

Malcolm is experienced in negotiating and presenting at the highest level whilst being responsible for day-to-day operation, organization and motivation of Sales Teams. He has successfully taken the lead in winning Tenders – from preparation to presentation; and has been directly responsible for recruitment, training, supervision, inspiring and monitoring team performance – ensuring that critical deadlines are met, coupled with the very highest degree of customer service.
