In recognition of the sustainability achievements of eco friendly gift and promotional product distributor, Everything Environmental has been shortlist as a finalist in the ICAEW (Institute of Chartered Accountants for England & Wales) Sustainability Award category at the forthcoming National Business Awards in partnership with Orange. The ICAEW Sustainability Award goes to an organisation that can best demonstrate a company-wide commitment and proven case for sustainability.

Shortlisted among major players including Anglian Water Services, Autodesk, Friendly Dealer Association and Reed Elsevier, Everything Environmental was the smallest yet boldest successfully shortlisted company according to founder, Evan Lewis.

Richard Spencer, corporate responsibility manager, ICAEW and judge at the National Business Awards, commented: “It is excellent to see a fairly small business like Everything Environmental demonstrating that opportunity abounds in sustainability and that it isn’t all about ‘not’ doing things.”

Evan Lewis, who founded Everything Environmental in 2005, commented: “It has been hugely encouraging to gain recognition not only as a company which takes pride and care in supplying eco friendly promotional products, but one which applies its product and service ethos to its own operation.  Having worked hard to achieve incredibly high levels of green accreditation we are passionate about living what we offer, and more importantly, sharing our knowledge about what it truly means to conduct green business.”

Winners of the National Business Awards are to be announced at the awards ceremony on the 8th November at the Grosvenor House Hotel, Park Lane, London.
