A leading marketing services firm has strengthened its senior management team in response to significant growth.

Promotional merchandise and branded clothing specialist, Creative Emporium, has strengthened its management team and signalled its ambitious intent, as Russell Coulston joins the fast-growing Leeds-based firm as Creative Director.

Russell’s experience promoting global super-brands like Rolls-Royce, Google and Intel, has enabled him to devise award-winning creative solutions. In his new role, he will help reinforce the firm’s creative credentials:

“Creative Emporium has a great team and a great portfolio of clients, and has grown significantly in the past 18 months. My aim is to continue the progress already made with existing clients and to help attract brands who are seeking world-class marketing support. Promotional merchandise is a very ‘emotive’ marketing tool; our products are used by people regularly and are treasured. I want to bring this passion and emotion into our product solutions and client service activities”, says Russell.

Managing Director Darren Cohen added, “We’re extremely pleased that Russell has joined our team; his appointment is testament to our continued growth and appetite for providing our customers with creativity and innovation. His enthusiasm and passion for branded merchandise is infectious, and his vast experience in helping to develop world-class creative output for our customers will be a great help to us as we pursue our ambitious growth plans throughout the rest of 2014 and beyond”.

Creative Emporium continues to impress as it develops its presence as a leading branded merchandise and promotional clothing distributor within the UK market, whose client roster includes high profile blue chip brands across the public and private sectors: “I’m delighted to get onboard with such a dynamic and vibrant business – the team here is young and ambitious, and the energy is amazing,” explains Russell. “Our aim is to bring new thinking and a new approach to how we satisfy our customers – and create an enticing option for new customers too!” adds Russell.

Russell’s appointment is the latest in a substantial recruitment drive by the firm, which has seen its client services team increase by 17 new recruits in the past 18 months, in a bid to meet customer demand. The company has also recently acquired an additional 7,500sq ft warehouse and production facility within its existing business park, which it will use to print the kits of some the UK’s leading professional football clubs.

By expanding their workforce and creating a new senior management role, the company aims to help its clients’ brands to promote themselves by using Creative Emporium’s specialist skills and experience to optimise their marketing budgets and create maximum impact.
