EcoVadis aims at improving the environmental and social practices of companies by leveraging the influence of global supply chains. The EcoVadis reliable ratings and easy to use monitoring tools allow companies to manage risks and drive eco-innovations in their global supply chains.

This excellent result by The Sourcing Team includes them among the top 5% performers evaluated by EcoVadis.

Sharon Childs is the FD & Head of Sustainability at The Sourcing Team. Her role is to keep a tight rein on the purse strings, whilst also being the company’s sustainability champion. Heading up the ‘Green Team’, she makes sure sustainability is at the heart of everything that is done, whilst supporting global supply partners with ethical compliance. Gill Thorpe, CEO at The Sourcing Team, is an expert in the purchasing and supply chain. She has over 25 years’ experience, and her in depth knowledge of the industry and agency background gives her a unique insight.
