Last year, Clipper came to the conclusion that the proposition and the online channel did not suit the current customer needs and expectations from the market. Therefore, Clipper has opted for renovation and optimisation of its services.

New proposition Clipper is not interested in creating distance between supplier and customer, as is customary in supplier-customer relationships; but consciously chooses to create a partnership. Clipper offers different partner programmes tailored to the intensity of the cooperation with that specific customer. These programmes offer attractive discounts and benefits such as providing free samples and free delivery. We have a dedicated team of internal and external account managers ready to grow in partnership with you. Our clients receive personal attention and build a relationship with fixed contacts. The account managers know the customer and offer proactive support. A new website “We were faced on a daily basis with the limitations of our old website. The actual stock could not be shown and also the price conditions for our clients could not be displayed. When you present a new corporate identity, this also includes a new website that is fully equipped and user friendly. For our customers, a special ‘My Clipper environment’ is set up They have direct access to, among other things, their order history, customer data, conditions and revenue development. In addition, the site is better organised, informative and actual stock is immediately visible.” Clipper will present itself on the Promotional Product Expo, 20th and 21st of January 2016.
