Sourcing City News can now report that the proposed “Scheme of Arrangement” was accepted at the recent Full Hearing on the 7th September. Classic Marketing Ltd are now fully operational as of 8th September following the discharge of the Examiner.

The accepted “Scheme of Arrangement” which included an investment from BJ Fitzpatrick & Co will see Classic Marketing and the Corporate Gifts division of BJ Fitzpatrick merge in the coming months with new directors, Stephen Fitzpatrick, John Fitzpatrick and Martin Kinirons.
