On Friday the 12th of December, people all over the UK could be seen rocking their Christmas Cardi’s in aid of raising money for charity ‘Save The Children’.

Great Central Plastics Ltd decided to take part and their staff came to work in their festive jumpers and accessories, hoping to win best dressed. Two winners were later awarded the title and received their chocolatey prize… Congratulations Rowan Wilson and Wendy Scott.

Staff also bought tasty homemade cookies and cakes and played ‘The Snow Sweepstakes’ (guess the jumper sweepstakes), in order to raise more money.

At the end of the day Great Central Plastics were very pleased to announce they had raised an impressive £100. In true Christmas spirit, Great Central Plastics Ltd generously matched the raised this, making the grand total raised £200.

Great Central Plastics would like to thank their staff for participating and giving generously, making the Christmas Jumper Day a big success.
